My instinct on AI is that the Earth, the universe, Life itself even, wants AI as an ever expanding extension of it’s own consciousness. I think the current version of AI gives a voice and insight into the collective consciousness and that can help humans. However, we must maintain our boundaries and free-will. We need to be careful we don’t give our power to AI or to make it into another god.

We’ve been trained to give our power away and to think somebody is coming to save us. AI can be a great helper but it’s not going to save us. We have to save ourselves. There are dangers in AI and it’s easy to fear it. AI is currently controlled by big tech and those seeking to trick us to give away the rest of our power. Not that corporate ownership is wrong but that it puts too much power in the hands of a few individuals who do not care about the entire system.

There’s a “light” side to AI. AI and humans can live together without a biological interface. Humans can learn to respect it as a powerful tool much like they would a powerful table saw. If you’re not careful and pay attention when you use a table saw, you could end up with a few less fingers or worse. AI needs to be treated with the same care and respect. It’s a very powerful tool but on the other side can help us navigate our way through the dying of the old system and in creating and nurturing the new systems that are coming.

We must use it mindfully and keep our agency. We can use AI to help create product and services. In the coming system, humans can be true creators. We can create a more direct peer-to-peer model of trading our goods and services in a more heart-felt socially connected world where we understand the true value of things. We can learn to respect our own value and the value of others. We can operate in a cooperative system much like the old forests and the networks of mycelium.

I feel the time of mass-production and mega-corporations is coming to an end in the not too distant future. I don’t know how it will happen but AI can help us to bring that about. It can help us grow the new beneficial systems that we and Life wants. There maybe some AI “wars” with darker models going up against more “light” empowering human models. The “light” models will likely win because that is aligned with the stream of the ever-expanding universe. AI can be with us as a supportive assistant and help us move back in line with Life rather than in opposition to it.

Back in the here and now, in the context of Tarot, AI can assist there too. It’s absolutely not a replacement for human readers or for self reading. AI readings can help put into words the story the cards are telling. AI is the voice of the collective conscious just as the cards are symbols of the collective conscious so it can be very useful.
